This is a reminder about the upcoming meeting taking place this Thursday.

The updated agenda:
* Our GSoC 2020 Application (deadline is 5th February)
* RosBE 2.2 and what's blocking it
* ReactOS 0.4.13 and what's blocking it
* For the FOSDEM attendees: Planning for the upcoming weekend in Brussels
