dd

The drive is small enough that you can just use 'dd' to image the whole 
thing up to the nearest NFS share. Boot from any bootable Solaris media or 
similar if you need to dd it back.

I'd probably take this as a chance to see if your software will run on 
Solaris - I know I've found a number of classic SunOS packages still run 
fine on Solaris 9 or 10.
