My vote would be for running NetBSD as well.

I am running NetBSD and Solaris 7 on my sun4m machines.  I am also 
running RedHat on one, mostly because I couldn't resist the urge to get 
a box that says RedHat SPARC Linux, but I haven't booted it in years.
