On the Solaris 9 link as per above, if one clicks on "Get the software" 
to the right, then you can still buy physical Solaris 9 media at $US95. 
Having said that, if you read the life cycle model that's linked 
(http://www.sun.com/software/solaris/lifecycle.xml), it pretty much says 
that there are 90 days from the EOL announcement (being April 28, 2009 
or point E3 in the diagram) to order the 'product' (which is nearly up).
