They are fairly easy to make. Start with a standard ethernet cable and 
terminate a D-Sub. Here is the pin out of the Sun RJ-45 serial port 
cable that I use:
RJ-45                     DB-9
1 - RTS-----------------CTS - 8
2 - DTR----------------DSR - 6
3 - TXD----------------RXD - 2
4 - REF (GND)-------GND - 5
5 - REF (GND)-------GND - 5
6 - RXD----------------TXD - 3
7 - DSR----------------DTR - 4
8 - CTS----------------RTS - 7
