As a matter of fact, you can download SunOS 4.1.1 for Sun3
for free, from the Web.

There are scripts to regenerate the QIC24 tapes from the
supplied compressed tar files, and TOCs for QIC150,
Exabyte and CD-ROM media.

I've used these downloads to run SunOS 4.1.1 on Matt Fredette's
TME Sun 3/150 emulator, under Linux.
