I'm no expert in the subject, but I think for the sake of video quality
(low/no ghosting and suchlike) you want all three of the video signal
grounds to be wired up at both ends.

I also have this hazy memory that there are some pins on the 13W3 that
identify what kind of monitor is connected.  I could be misremembering,
but, if this is true, you might want/need to take care of them too.
