Wow! Tough call... you're limited to a Max of Solaris 9 with a 16-bit
PCMCIA adapter. That leaves only Wavelan, Prism, or CISCO Aironet-based
cards, assumeing drivers even exist.  Most of that sort of development
didn't happen until OpenSolaris.

I'd say you have two options:
1) NetBSD/OpenBSD, assuming they support the PCMCIA slots in the Voyager.
2) A Wireless Bridge, like a "Gaming Adapter" on the built-in LAN
connection.
