Operating system stats in Solaris 8

Hi Gurus,
I have sun v880 server with  solaris 8 and veritas volume manager.
Our apps team releasing new application for that they want to check for
Operating system statistics for the period when New apps is running (Cpu,
memory and disk utilization and service times)
- Statspack report for the time when New apps is running
- Database initialization parameters

pls suggest how would i go about this
