I'm attempting to increase a kernel parameter on the fly using prctl and its
failing with the below error message. Can anyone advise on what I'm doing
wrong and how to fix this issue?

fpfeuska% prctl -n project.max-msg-ids -i project 3
project: 3: default
NAME PRIVILEGE VALUE FLAG ACTION

fpfeuska% prctl -n project.max-msg-ids -r -v 10k -i project 3
