Using USB thumb drive to flar Solaris 10

We are getting in a number of new Solaris 10 servers that need to be
built as identically as possible.  So of course flar is perfect for this
purpose.  In the past we have networked new servers and used our
jumpstart server to load the flar.  With these we would like to use USB
thumb drives instead.  How is that done on Sun?  Presumably we would
boot from CDROM, select to install from flar, and then somehow reference
the USB drive that we just inserted into the server.
