simple live upgrade question...

Quick (silly) question. I am finally wading into the LiveUpgrade pool. I run
"lu" and select "create" but there is no way to continue. F3 moves the cursor
to the 1st screen but is disabled. Tab,  return, and arrow keys just move back
to the top of the "create" box.  F6 just cancels as it is supposed to. Opening
a ticket with Oracle will take weeks, but maybe someone on this list has
ideas.   How do you create using Live Upgrade?
