Connecting a Sun T2000 to a Cyclades terminal server

Hi,

I read the owner guide and the service manual and the getting started guide
for the T2000, it seems a normal straight through cable should work fine,
it however does not....

Any suggestions on how I can attach a cable to the serial mgmt port and
hook it to an Cyclades TS.
