Telnet Multiple port

Hi Sunguru's

Can you assist me configuring the telnet port using port 4443 and 8003 in Solaris 10 operating system

By default the port used by telnet is 23. When I am able to login but when I execute

telnet  4443
I get the error as Connecting To ...Could not open connection to the host, on port 2003: Connection failed.
