Thanks to everyone for answering. The problem was a MIX between LDOM's 
needing to be reset to let me see all the memory on reboot and TWO bad 
disk drives (what are the odds of TWO failing at once) and also needing 
to remove the RAID drive from Solaris 10 U10. Thanks again to everyone :-)
