Hi, In the past I have successfully migrated proprietary applications running on S2.6 to S10 zones. The tools I have used are rsync and troubleshooting. Now I have a situation where I have to migrate a Sybase 10 database from a Solaris 9 system to a S11 zone(or S10 zone). Does anyone have any experience/ideas/things to watch out for. My "backbone" is Oracle's guarantee of backward compatibility and I will - unless someone tells me otherwise - consider Sybase as just yet another application.......that runs on S9 and ought run unmodified on a S11 zone. Please advise. Regards, Kartik Vashishta
