Help Sun cluster 3.2 metaset issue.( failover fail)

Hello,

I would like to take help from you. I have serched all the places but none
of the site did not helped my issue. I would like to request you to help me
this issue.

Q) i have 2 node SUn cluster 3.2 running fine. as per my apps request added
150 GB new SAN shared disk  attached 2 nodes.  New disk able to see both
servers properly labeled (using format command) and added this disk  under
active node metaset and grown required filesystem nicely. after some time
try to fail over one node to other node its failing appear messages file

 after checked 2 servers active node propely shows all disks ( which newly
added disk shows in metaset -s metaset name ) other node is not shows which
new added disk under metaset.
