Sun Cluster question e10000g interface

Our Sun Cluster (3.1 or is it 3.2) was running fine, till we added a PCI X
NIC to the T2000, after that we are getting these messages:
NOTICE: CMM: Node system1 (nodeid = 1) with votecount = 1 added.
NOTICE: CMM: Node system2 (nodeid = 2) with votecount = 1 added.
NOTICE: CMM: Quorum device 1 (/dev/did/rdsk/d8s2) added; votecount = 1,
bitmask of nodes with configured paths = 0x3.
NOTICE: clcomm: Adapter e1000g1 constructed
NOTICE: clcomm: Adapter e1000g3 constructed
NOTICE: CMM: Node system1: attempting to join cluster.
NOTICE: CMM: Cluster doesn't have operational quorum yet; waiting for
quorum.
NOTICE: clcomm: Path system1:e1000g3 - system2:e1000g3 errors during
initiation
NOTICE: clcomm: Path system1:e1000g1 - system2:e1000g1 errors during
initiation


Upon removing the NIC and doing a reconfigure reboot, the messages, do not
go away.....

Please help this is a PRD server.......
