FRUID update for T1000

Hi All

I have an issue with an old T1000 which is now running a later PSU due to PSU
failure. There was an update from -03 to -04 versions of the PSU, but it
requires the system have the FRUID updated, which I cannot find, anyone have
the update and procedure available?

As it mentions below my system is reporting high value of the 3.3V standby
voltage after -04 replacement.
