How many cores on a UltraSPARC-T2

Hello:
Does an UltraSPARC-T2 (sun4v SPARC Enterprise T5120) have 8 cores?
Command kstat cpu_info shows it has 4 cores; each core has 8 threads. That make the T5120 with 32 virtual processes.
