Problem configuring Tape Robot.

Hello Tru64 Gurus,
First of all thanks a lot for all the support you all have been providing.

I am facing some problem in configuring a Tape drive to one of our Tru64
Clusters. Here is the details.

1. Cluster S/W : Tru Cluster 5.1 on Tru64 5.1A with Patch kit 6.
2. Server Hardware : DS20E
3. Tape Robot Series : Compaq MSL5026.
4. Firmware version for Tape Robot : 3.19
5. SCSI Controller : 3X-KZPCA-AA

The tape robot is connected to the Host.

Ran "dsfmgr -K". Then when "scu scan edt" is run, it gives the EVM SCSI
Alerts.

According to the Robot Manual, the Media changer software should have been
automatically installed for all the Tru64 OS v5.0 and above. It is also
mentioned that the Robot Utility software can be found in Associated
Products CD#2. However I am unable to find it in Associated Products CDs.

Can you please suggest how to get rid of the problem and make the Robot work
?
