5.1B PK4 ES45 NFS Cluster gives poor read/write performance.

Hello Managers,
We are experiencing some performance issues with 5.1B pk4. The ls command 
and the find command seem to be taken a long time to response.

This issue seems familiar to the one that Russ submitted in which David and 
Martin helped out earlier.
