SUMMARY: ES40 Fan2 failed

Thanks to the many that responded.

Many responses suggested the fan may not be failed. Checking
connections, and board seating might fix the issue.

Another said that this is a known issue with ES40 models and might
require replacing the fan pci controller board. (54-30156-01)

We have an ES40 that the lcd panel displays "Fan2 failed"

Does anyone know which fan or replacement part this would require to
request from a vendor?
