SUMMARY: Can I rem0ve vmunix.prepatch file?

A lightening fast answer from Dr. Tom, and I quote:

Yep, you can just blow it away.  It's helpful to have it there if
your new kernel after the patches can't be booted, but then, you
probably have a good /genvmunix and you can always boot from the
installation media (albeit painfully if you need an NHD kit also).
