SWCC 2.0 restore (UPDATE)

CORRECTION: We're using the HSZ22 Storage Window (Rel. 2.0 Build 26) not
the SWCC to do the configuration save/restore.

We have an RA3000 with 2 HSZ22 controllers.  We're using Storageworks
Command Console (SWCC) 2.0 Build 26 (running on Windows NT) to control
it.  The software is connected via two serial connectors to the
controllers.

We can successfully save a configuration but when we try to restore the
saved configuration we get:
 
	COM:MFT:062:047 Unable to restore configuration operation failed
 
Any idea why we'd get this?  How to fix it?
 
Also, is there an update to this software I can/should install?
