Network configuration lost during boot

	DS20, running 5.1A patch kit 4.

	Since a new sysgen was done, the machine comes up with the network
card unconfigured, and no hostname.  The only way that I can fix it after
boot is to run sysman net_wizard, choose to modify the network card, then
just accept everything and restart the network services.  Everything is
correct, I just have to accept it.  Running rcinet restart will not fix it,
nor will running net wizard without choosing to change the network card and
accepting the settings.

	From the messages file, there is no problem with the card at the
hardware level:

	I don't see anything wrong with the rc.config file, but maybe
