Additional Info DS20 replacement for AS 2000

I am looking into replacing my aging AS2000 with a DS20. 

How hard is it to swap machines?  We are running a Database from Sigma Micro 
and it uses AcuCobol etc.

Is Acu Cobol tied to a specific machine or can I get the new machine in and do 
a backup from 1 machine then restore it to the newly created partions on the 
2nd machine?

What possible catches will I run into?
Any additional help will be appreciated.
