SUMMARY: LSM, DSK0 Failure, No osf_boot

Thanks to Iain Barker, Johan Brusche and Maria.Gilliland.

The SCSCI IDs were not set properly upon the initial physical 
installation if the machine.

Checking those, we were able to determine that the order of the disks 
were incorrect, found the correct mirrored disk to boot from and all is 
in order.

LSM mirroring

We lost the rootvol this morning on dsk0.

The mirror is on dsk3.

When booting to dsk3, it cannot find the osf_boot file.

dsk0 is bootable in single user mode -- just not part of the LSM volumes.

Critical down situation.  What is the procedure to get the osf_boot to
dsk3 without damaging the data on that disk?
