error-logging stopped

Hi all,
I've just noticed that error-logging to /var/adm/binary.errorlog
stopped on my box a couple of weeks ago. It seems to have coincided
with the use of a 'sys_check -escalate' command (requested by HP
in investigating a kernel panic). binlogd is running, and the
logging filesystem has plenty of space. Any suggestions?
Time to restart binlogd?
