lsm creation- help required

hi

I am adding 4 new disk to the 4.0D alpha server 1200
system.  I want to create LSM with raid 5 for these 4
disks. So far no lsm has created on the system, this
is the first time lsm is creating in these steps.

I am looking for the commands need to create lsm for
this 4 disk(9.1GB)as raid5.  Please also share what
are precausions and software needs to consider during
installation and configuration of LSM.
