SUMMARY: TCP Wrappers 'make' parameter on Alpha-Dec-OSF/1

The question was, "why doesn't the 'alpha' sys-type work as a
parameter for the 'make' command on TCP Wrappers?"

The answer?
It does. Just make sure you edit the Makefile to reflect the directory
in which the daemons are kept first :)
