5.1b vs. 5.1b3

I do not have my disk handy right now, so I cannot check that
way. I have 5.1b updated with the latest patches. If I understand
correctly, there is now a 5.1b-3 out, yet I only see individual
patches for it, no patch bundle. I just want to make sure that
5.1b-3 is actually the most recent version and is different from
version 5.1b (fully patched). Thanks!
