boot pb on alpha station

dear

I have a problem to boot on my tru64 4.0F partition with an alpha 
personnal workstation 500au.
She only see the win2000 boot partition in the bios.
this station was working fine during 5 years on tru64 and i dont 
understand why she had booted on win2000 today.

can you help me ?
