SUMMARY: IIC Bus busy

The consensus that it's a more or less fatal hardware fault. 
Fortunately, we decommissioned a pair of AS1200s in the past year and 
still had them in storage, so I had the spares I needed to keep this one 
going.

 > Has anyone seen the error "IIC Bus busy" on powerup?
