SUMMARY: Root cannot log in to console on one cluster member

Some answers take a long time to figure out...  Found the answer after
working with HP Tech Support.  It seems that somehow a file got created
in the /dev folder for that node called :0 .  Once I deleted that file,
everything worked fine.  I was told that there was an issue back in the
3.0 days, but should have been corrected now. Has to do with if a user
was logged in to the console when a reboot was initiated, then shutdown
would have written it's shutdown message to /dev/:0, thus creating the
file.

Hope this helps someone in the future.

Running Tru64 5.1B PK5 on ES20 cluster with enhanced security.  Rebooted
the system this morning as part of scheduled maintenance and when trying
to log in asroot on the console of one of the members if comes back with
"Not authorized for terminal access - See System Administrator".  I can
log on the other member's console without a problem.  I thought root
couldn't be locked out from console access.  Can someone point me in the
direction to correct this?
