scroll wheel support in Tru64 5.1B-3

Hi managers,

does anybody know how to get the scroll wheel of a
(logitech) PS/2 mouse to send the usual button 4 / 5
X events when scrolling the wheel?

I am using Tru64 5.1B-3 on a DPW 500au.

I found the same question in the archive (e.g.
