Keyboard for Tru64 on ES40

As far as I can tell the recommended keyboard for an ES40 running Tru64 is the LKQ48. I'm trying to locate a 2 of these (US version). Anyone have good source? Does anyone have some of these that they would like to spare the ignominy of getting trashed or recycled? Ed Notari American Red Cross
