Well yes, sorry, I meant Agave toumeyana ssp. (says the latest 
information, not var.) bella.
There also is a toumeyana ssp. toumeyana, which I have never seen, 
not even on pics.

But as said mine doesnt have filaments, and about the stripes I was 
wrong, I detected a tiny one.

And the mother plant indeed is quite caespitose, as Rowland wrote.

As a matter of fact he also sent me yesterday an Agave polyantiflora, 
which looks exactly the same, although with filaments and stripes.
