Gary, Yes, it is possible for D. acrotriche to have much more leaf color variation than is generally described. It is actually a widely distributed taxon that covers a lot of ground, but the greenest of it is the one in common cultivation. How are your Dasylirion doing in your area, and do you grow them in the ground? Best regards, Mary
