Al, Could your plant be a Furcraea? Especially F. foetida which often goes by the name of false sisal. They are large, softish leaved plants in a rosette formation. When in bloom the flowers are held on a large, branched panicle and are white and bulbils occur all over the stalk. What do you think? Mary Irish
