the level of tech help is ABYSMAL. true it took me seven hours on the 
phone of wrong information and brewing in my head overnight for me to 
fix the programming error, but at least I DID IT and really, this is 
far from anything I would EVER pride myself on knowing.

I call for a list prayer for the health of the intact brain of my 
computer since it has information in it which is NOT IN THE CLOUD!
