I have no idea where it came from Hermine, The people at Enigma said it was
the latest scam going round. Most updated security packages will now stop
it before it gets on your PC.
If you get it as an email simply put it into your spam folder and treat it
as spam.
Yes I used my tablet to initially contact them then they phoned me we then
opened my machine on a manual start up then they gained access to my HD and
sorted it out.
