I have had Sansevieria from Indonesia and they are terrible to get going, they seem week plants used to being hot and very wet. The few bits that I have left seem to be growing the offsets are okay but the parent plants are very delicate and blown up. I will not be getting any more.

this is fab but I would not discount the magic of INDONESIA and that
steady moist warm climate. I wonder if a person could rig up a
terrarium to be like Indonesia.
