Yes, gluten in beer. I remember when baked my first loaf of bread, 
and really, although it was not all that good next to the breads I 
began to bake subsequently, it was a hundred times better than any 
store bought bread and I actually wondered, HOW DO THEY MAKE 
COMMERCIAL BREAD TO BE SO BAD?
