Hi, ALL variegated sansevierias will produce variegated offsets. They will produce green leaves only if the variegated leaf is taken as a leaf cutting from a variegated plant i.e. not from a division. Variegated sansevierias must be divided. Each plant must have a piece of the mother stolon.
