Ahh it would be great to get plants from Thailand…but unless you have money and patience, getting plants into the United States is I understand near impossible.

I've gotten one that way, from Thailand.  He's reputable and the plant came with a short but viable rhizome that produced variegated offspring.

Hi,
ALL variegated sansevierias will produce variegated offsets. They will produce green leaves only if the variegated leaf is taken as a leaf cutting from a variegated plant i.e. not from a division. Variegated sansevierias must be divided. Each plant must have a piece of the mother stolon.
