I use Microsoft security essentials for virus and trojans. Runs continually in the background and a weekly sweep.


Spy Hunter for malware. Run it once a week unless things are real slow on startup after speed Guard has run.


Reg Hunter to keep the registry in order and speed the computer up, and to defrag the registry. Run once  a week.


Speed Guard cleans the computer HD gets rid of old files missed by most other programs. Runs once a week.
