I have a big santa-rita Tubac, which is even more purple than that, in sun. Lovely. The glocchids are orange, which is a great contrast against the lavender. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thesilentseed.com, rare and unusual plants from around the world [email protected] ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -----Original Message----- From: Borgmstr <[email protected]> To: Sansevierias <[email protected]> Sent: Wed, Jan 15, 2014 8:46 am Subject: Re: [Sansevierias] None Sansevieria request John, It is a very stunning and beautiful species of Opuntia. However, from my experience, it is very prone to rot. Prudent to mound it. You can get from Trio Nursery for $12 - The link follows: http://www.trionursery.com/store/bulbs-vegetable-cuttings/santa-rita-cactus-s Cheers From: e-mail newearth <[email protected]> To: sansevierias <[email protected]> Sent: Wednesday, January 15, 2014 3:51 AM Subject: [Sansevierias] None Sansevieria request I am trying to get hold of a couple of pads of Opuntia Santa Rita ( Santa rita prickly pear).
