 The region you live in just should be expensive for demographic reasons  - otherwise everybody would like to move there ) 
 To be serious, thanks again. I really like to communicate with people also fond of sansevieras.
 And I'd love to see Mike's S. masoniana! I adore masonianas with their rough leaves. I have three in my collection, not too big, unfortunately.
