Yes generally, I have never had a problem with them, the hard part is
finding seed.
All I do is fill a 3" pot with compost (they don't seem to mind what) with
a pencil I make two holes roughly twice the depth of the diameter of the
seed, drop two seeds in give it  tap so the holes fill in a good watering.
Leave somewhere warm or in a popagator and wait. They generally Germinate
in 4-10 days.
